Smile Train is a global nonprofit organization dedicated to providing free cleft surgery and comprehensive cleft care by supporting local medical professionals around the world. Smile Train at Boston University brings this mission to the BU community through student-led advocacy, awareness, and fundraising efforts.
Behind the Logo
I built on Smile Train’s existing visual identity by keeping its original typeface and train motif, then incorporated BU’s Terrier mascot with a smile. The result connects Smile Train’s global identity with the BU community while giving the student chapter its own recognizable personality.
